business started by Founder Mr. Mahendrakumar B Prajapati. After 5
year I Chintan Prajapati join And Started Work. We Basically Provide
Service For Land. We have Over 10years Of Experience In this field.
Land Buying Selling renting, Land NA (Non Agriculture), Premium File(New To Old), Khedut Khatedar Certificate All Over Gujarat, All Type Of Land Revenue Correction Entry In 7/12, All Type Of Documentation, Map Passing.

The hardest phase of our consultancy business undoubtedly unfolded during the challenging times brought about by the global pandemic. The onset of COVID-19 posed unprecedented hurdles for enterprises across the board, and the real estate and land development industry was no exception. However, it was during this critical period that our consultancy truly shone. We made it our mission to adapt, persevere, and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients, even in the face of adversity.
The pandemic forced us to reevaluate our operations, implementing remote work, and virtual consultations to ensure the safety of our team and clients. We recognized that the needs of our clients remained paramount, and it became our commitment to serve them to the best of our ability, regardless of the external challenges.

To date, our consultancy has achieved remarkable milestones, exemplifying our dedication and expertise in the field of land and property management. With a proud track record, we have successfully completed over 250 Non-Agricultural (NA) files, providing our clients with the essential documents needed to transition their land usage efficiently. Furthermore, we’ve processed more than 180 premium files, addressing the specific requirements and premium services that many of our clients seek in their land transactions.
In addition to these accomplishments, we have facilitated the preparation of over 120 property maps, ensuring precise documentation and visualization of land boundaries and characteristics. Alongside our other achievements, we have issued more than 100 Khedut Khatedar certificates, a testament to our comprehensive services that extend to even the most intricate aspects of land management.
